The room and size were excellent. However, the greatest downside is the staff's dishonesty. We asked the front desk of they could help arrange a luggage transportation service to send to another hotel in Tokyo. They informed us that they will attempt to do so but the other hotel might reject our luggage. They called the front desk of our next accomodation in Tokyo and then apologized saying that the hotel in Tokyo could not take our luggage after giving them a call. We later found out from our accomodation in Tokyo that they were expecting our luggage and had approved of it's arrival. We were shocked and upset at this hotel's dishonesty. We would have had a more positive experience if the staff had informed us that they were unable to send the luggage and were honest about it. We are extremely disappointed with the staff and their dishonesty.

This hotel is definitely one of my most favourite ones in Japan. It’s conveniently, within walks from the JR station. There is a subway entrance across the hotel as well. Convenient stores are within steps. Numerous famous restaurants are also within walking distance. I especially enjoy the self-serve amenities bar in the lobby, and they even provide bathing salt for you to enjoy in your room. I would definitely stay at Montblanc hotel again next time when I visit Nagoya.

I like that we are able to take the toiletries from the lobby so nothing is wasted. The hotel is slightly out of the way. It’s a 10 mins walk to Nagoya Station.

Wonderful staff, ideal city central lication.

Ideal location a few minutes walk from Nagoya station which has every shop and restaurant you could hope for. The hotel staff were so helpful and took care to address gluten free dietary needs and to assist us find a place to forward our luggage. We would stay there again.

Nice Hotel that's located very close to the train station with many options nearby for food and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds with crisp/clean linens and towels. The room was very clean and modern. The amenity options at the front desk are a great touch with myriad options (toothbrush/razor/creams & lotions/mouthwash/etc. I will stay again when visiting Nagoya.

One of our favorite while in Japan! Get the breakfast add on! Delicious variety to super charge your traveling belly for a full day of activities! Great location from the train station and everything else to eat and to use as a hub to visit Ghibli Park! Did i mention breakfast was stellar!? Cozier toom size expected compared the states! Tub with a nice peek for a cold bath after a long day of exploration and it did my muscles good! Highly recommended!
