Simply amazing hotel experience. The staff were very friendly & helpful from the moment we checked in until we left after a 4 night stay. Great location, close to Nagoya station but very quiet & out of the hustle & bustle. Our room was simply superb with amazing views & a huge bed. Japanese bathing area also inside this property. Inside the Top 5 hotels of all time that we have stayed in. Simply fantastic. Lovely breakfast area & western food choices. We will measure all future hotels against this fabulous location.

The room is clean and the bed is comfy. The staff at the reception is not very friendly when i checked in. I stayed at this hotel around 10yrs ago, they maintain it at a pristine condition which i am very impressed.
