It was my family and I’s first time staying in Nagoya. The property is located on the 7th floor and shared as a shared business space for the floors below. Upon check we were greeted with a staff member that helped us with using the tablet to register our IC card (in this case our SUICA). This surprisingly became our room key. When we finally made it to our room, we were shocked how much room we had for the 3 of us. The bidet was immediately behind a door to the right, the sink and shower in a separate area to the left, and further away we could see the 2 bunk beds, the sofa bed, and the mini kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The sofa bed also surprisingly comfortable from others I’ve sat/laid on. There was the flat screen tv in which offered Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. However to use these services, you need to log into your own account. Overall everything was very clean. There was also a coin laundry located just across our room which was great. It costs roughly 500 yen (300 to wash and 200 to dry). All in all we quite enjoyed the spaciousness of this facility and the fact that there was a Family Mart right downstairs. If I had to make any cons to staying here is that it is quite far from places that we wanted to go. Food places (besides what was downstairs) were at least a 10 minute walk away. Train station was about 9 minutes away. With all that said, I would still recommend staying here.

It was a little expensive for the area. It was not really close to anything. But we did find a great little curry restaurant to eat at not a far walk. The staff member at reception was helpful and friendly.

If you’re traveling with luggages and need a cart, they only have a small trolley that is smaller than a regular luggage so it didn’t help and the hotel is on the 7th floor on the other side of the building while the parking is at the other end.

Really nice hotel right by Tsurumai Station!

This is a thoroughly modern, extremely clean and comfortable hotel. Right near a really pretty park. I highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay! This hotel is sharing a new mixed-use building. There are four restaurants and a Family Mart on 1F, two nice football/soccer fields outside, start-up style office spaces, labs, and meeting rooms in the middle floors and the hotel on the top floor 7F. Rooms were spacious with a minimalist kitchen and larger than average mini fridge/freezer. 10 minute walk through the park to the train station.

It's a wonderful new hotel located atop an office building with modern architecture. The surroundings are pristine with 2 soccer fields adjacent to the building (it seems that they're reservation only) and Tsurumai park. Check in is fairly simple, but a pre-check in is required online. My favorite part is the terrace open to hotel guests that overlooks the park and soccer fields.
