We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. From our rooms on the 20th floor, the view over Nagoya, especially at night, was spectacular. The hotel is very close to Nagoya train station which makes transport easy. The rooms were good, efficient and clean. There are food options nearby and overall, its a good hotel to stay at. Would go back and do recommend!

Great location very close to Nagoya station, so really convinient if arriving by rail, subway, or Shinkansen. Very modern hotel so in excellent condition, high-up rooms had good views over Nagoya, but with some train noise able to be heard. Perfect location for a one or two night stay.

We paid extra for twin beds and although there was very little space besides the beds we found the room worked well comfortable beds. Good air on. Loved the bathroom layout. Separate toilet. Separate bath/ shower room. Separate basin area. Very special to have that space. Location was good near station. Breakfast was a little weird. Vouchers for a coffee shop with limited options but we made it work for us.

I stayed for three weeks and loved every moment of this hotel. The view is incredible and the staff is the best I have encountered. The cleaning and front desk staff were all incredibly kind and patient when communicating withme in bith English and Japanese. The location of this hotel is amazing, only a few minutes walk from Nagoya Station where you can get easy transport to anywhere in the country. Would absolutely recommens this hotel!

Best hotel of our visit at a great price. We were on the 17th floor and the view of Nagoya was fantastic (even on rainy days). Room had a legitimate Japanese style bathroom with separate shower and bath wet-room. Great location near Nagoya station and Bic Camera (but there was some construction to walk around). Great lobby coffee/drink machines. Staff was very helpful. We didn't eat breakfast here, but ESCA (underground mall) was very close, full of shops and dining. Close enough to the Shinkansen exit of Nagoya station that we walked with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Easy to base out of for using rail all around the city.

Honestly had a spill in the room and it got cleaned without a fuss. The area has plenty of shops nearby and it has a restaurant right next to the lobby which was very nice. Got an amazing view in our room and a very helpful information guide in the TV showing areas you can visit a well. Appreciated the laundry roon where you can check the progress of the machines.
