The hotel is at a walking distance from Nagoya Station. We booked 2 of 2 twin rooms for my family of 4 for 4 nights. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Even though the bathrooms are Japanese standard, I still feel they're a bit tight. But for the price less than $100 Canadian per night per room, I couldn't complain anything that I got. I had a very pleasant time with this hotel. I recommend it. Oh, one more thing I need to mention that is a convenient store just right beside it. My son loves to visit it each day for snacks. You could even get medicine from it too.

Exactly what you'd expect in a budget hotel

Moderately-sized chain hotel located in the middle of Nagoya. Check in was smooth and staff were very helpful and understanding. Though bear in mind they have limited English ability. Room was petite but clean, typical of Japanese budget hotels. Lighting was not as bright as seen in pictures. However, overall good value for money.

We were given a room which is in smoking area. We were unhappy about this as I did request a non smoking area. Also, The breakfast is not very good and food is limited, not many choices. The breakfast time is offered too early, 6:30-9:30am but by 9am something, the staff already started to pack up the food that’s unacceptable. The onsen is not very clean and I can feel it sandy

Very good hotel

Hotel is around 10 minutes walk away from the train station. Breakfast was simple nothing and special. Room was quite small but this is Japan. Mattress was a harder one and I like it this way. So overall I like the hotel.

This is a standard business hotel with small rooms and bathrooms. The rooms were clean and you may choose how often you want your room cleaned. Breakfast was a buffet with very little changes from day to day.

Nice hotel, about a 15 minute walk from Nagoya Station. Room was good and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed the breakfast and there was a free drink at happy hour.

The facility was fine except for the bathroom. We didn’t like the step up to get into the bathroom, it’s too small so the men kept hitting the wall while showering and it’s difficult to get in and out of the tub. Other than that, the staff was friendly and gracious, the facility and rooms were clean and the free breakfast was good.

Vacation stay

Towels were given everyday, even when requested not to clean room. Everything in the room and dining room were clean. The room was a good size for a single room. Amenities were satisfactory. Breakfast had a fairly good selection.
