Staff was friendly and helpful. the place was so clean, and great amenities which are exactly we needed! The bathroom has got a laundry rope to hung clothes, there are pyjamas, bedside clock, toothbrush- perfect! We stayed on 11th floor, and it was very quiet, that’s brilliant in a heart of town. Will definitely stay there again.

Room was great. Bathroom needs work. Shower head holder needs fixing. Shower walls needs thorough cleaning to remove black molds that are forming in the crevices.
