写真と大きく違う

ホテルズコムで珍しいガッカリの滞在でした。 まず　アパートメントのタイプでセルフチェックインでしたが、事前の連絡では前日に部屋番号と鍵のナンバーを知らせるという事でしたが、前日には何の連絡もなし。 当日になっても連絡なし。 心配になり電話したが「ホテルズコムは直接の取引ではなくエクスペディアを通しての取引だ。客の方から連絡を入れるシステムになっている」と言う。この発言にも驚いたが、前日に連絡すると言うのは当日の午後に変わったというが、それならそれで文章を直しておくべくと思う・ また部屋も古くタバコ臭い。 素敵なバルコニーの写真があったが、実際はそんなのはない！　騙された思いが強い・
