The staff and amenities were amazing, the room however and floor seemed incredibly disgusting with stains all over the carpet in and outside the room, as well as a smell that lingered in the room.

The hotel is very nice, and the hotel room is great and spacious with excellent bathrooms. The location is a little sketchy - but it is within walking distance of the metro rails and there is a great Korean Chicken spot around the corner that is super!

Once in a lifetime trip

As a multi generation traveling on a once in a life time trip this was a great place to stay. Very clean and very modern. The only suggestion is have a list of local restaurants with locations

We arrived and there was very heavy rain. We couldn’t find a coin locker at the train station. We arrived a few minutes before check-in. No one was waiting, but the front desk staff forced us to wait for almost 25 minutes. Also the layout was very uncomfortable inside the room. We liked the entry and bathrooms, but the table, couch and coffee table layout was very strange. We kept hitting our feet on the furniture. It hurt a lot. They say do not move the furniture but they placed too much furniture inside the room with limited space to move around. I also felt the bed was very uncomfortable. Between the unkind and unprofessional staff that stared at us to wait in very wet clothing before check-in and the poorly arranged furniture I do not think this hotel is worth the price we paid. Avoid it.
