The staff were very helpful and were able to check us in quickly. The desks and furniture in the room itself looked a little worn. The carpet itself looked old. The bed was rough, like a bed that hasn’t been replaced for 10 years or so. You can feel the springs. My fiancé went out for a stroll at 3am and got locked out so I had to let him back in. Good security but there should be an option to get back in with a hotel key card.

One of the best hotel that I've ever stayed at. Very clean and nearby Nagoya station. Breakfast is also superb, don't miss it. They also have laundry area which I really needed at that time. Check in and check out were easy via machines.
