Extremely friendly staff. Rooms and surrounding areas were very clean. They got my reservation name wrong but were able to correct it at the time of check-in. A minor inconvenience, but hotel staff was quick and super friendly about it!

Didn't realize it was F1 weekend so the room was very expensive for very tiny room. Staff maybe stressed? They didn't tell us we had parked in the most expensive parking, ¥1600/4hrs(time block was in tiny print) we didn't realize till it was already ¥10500 clocked! Cost more than the hotel room on normal day. Parking in the hotel parking would hv been ¥2000/day. Location is good but don't expect much from the staff.
