Definitely recommend, I arrived at night and when I woke up there was a spectacular view from the property. Very clean, wonderful staff and delicious pizza. I will definitely stay here again. Parking is on a steep hill so make sure your E brake works.

First off, the North lake Garda area is spectacular and the view from the hotel balcony is unbelievable. The hotel is modern, but very friendly. Staff are exceptional and the hotel restaurant is very nice for dinner after an active day. I stayed here for a specific event, but will definitely be back to explore more of the area.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of Lake Garda. Nice pool and hot tub. Perfect place to stay away from the crowds of Riva and Torbole. Very good breakfast in a room overlooking the area. Good AC in the room. Very friendly staff. The driveway up to the hotel is challenging. Not recommended for novice drivers.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views!

Beautiful, resort style hotel with an incredible mountain view of Lake Garda. The pre-assigned, reserved areas for relaxing near the pool was so nice! Self-service bar was cool and delivery pizza was available and yummy! Family run business, they were so friendly and accommodating! Corona virus precautions & cleaning were the best we’ve seen at any hotel and we really appreciated their extra measures to keep everyone safe.

Awesome view of Lake Garda from a dynamic hotel.*

Great hotel in an awesome location. Enjoyed the views and the short trip down to several villages. Funky rooms, common areas, and overall feel. Weather and time of year did not allow us to fully utilize the outdoor pool and whirlpool, but the design of the property fits exceptionally well. Recommend this highly if you are looking for a unique and comfortable stay in a fantastic location.

A room with a view.

This hotel perches on a steep hill slope and affords a very picturesque view of northern Lake Garda and the town of Torbole. The host was a very helpful man (my apologies: can't remember his name) who acceded to our request to order pizza even though it was outside the stipulated time. He was just a phone call away. He even reserved a level parking lot for me so that I don't have to park on the sloping driveway in view of my wife's mobility problem; he also offered to manoeuvre my 7-seater car in the narrow space in the premises. The room was not large but comfortable and from our balcony, we could see Lake Garda. There was a swimming pool (which we did not use because of the wet weather), a jacuzzi and even a games room which provided us with some entertainment when we did not do sightseeing on the day it was raining. There was no kettle nor tea and coffee in the room but there was a pantry where we could get hot water. Breakfast was provided and it was sumptuous; the dining room overlooks the lake. Torbole's Surfers' Grill serves very nice food. We had dinner there on all 3 nights.

Disappointing Stay.

Booked on basis of previous reviews and info on expedia. No working aircon on arrival. Reported problem with no action from staff. Uncomfortable night with no assistance from staff in morning. Not worth €138. Over rated hotel despite fantastic location and views.
