Very amazing experience staying next to a stadium. Our room overlooking the hills and our breakfast is beside the stadium which you can access in. Staff is excellent, the onsen is excellent, the room is amazing and the kids loved it so much. My kids are still talking about it ♥️. Thank you very much. 総合的にとても良いホテルでした。備品や建物のデザインなど質が良いと思います。快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの皆様は丁寧なのですが、やはり開業1年経ってもホスピタリティという面でビジネスホテル並みか以下と感じます。以下気になった点です。 ・フロントの方、駐車場利用のQRコードの利用方法の説明なし ・駐車場がわかりにくいと多くの人が言っているにも関わらず事前メールはGoogleマップのリンクのみ(道を知ってないと難しいと思います) ・フロントの方、はーいと間の抜けた返事で驚きました ・

スタジアム併設、ロビーからもスタジアムを自由に見下ろせるというのはすばらしい。階下のスタジアムも開放感ありとてもよい。クラフトビールのお店が非常においしかった。朝食ビュッフェも相当良い。プリンスホテルと並ぶくらいかそれ以上かもしれない。

お風呂やプールにタオルがありません

大浴場にはタオルが無く部屋のタオルを持って行くようにとの事ですが、お風呂にタオルが置かれてないホテルは聞いた事がないですし、とても不便で不衛生です。 プールにもタオルが置かれてなかったのですが、部屋に置かれた一枚のバスタオルで過ごせというのは対応が悪すぎると思います。

2泊で滞在しましたが、1泊目の夜に自動車で外出。ホテルの戻った後、QRコードのレシートを1度使用した旨伝えると、別のQRシートを渡されたが、発行日付が私のチェクインよりも前のものであり、不審に思いチェックアウト時にロビーで、念のためそのチケットで出られるのか尋ねたところロビーの女性は大丈夫と返答。　実際には出庫時に未精算と表示されインターホンで説明しゲートオープン。　念のため尋ねたのに少々残根でした。
