We are big fans of the Dormy Inn chain. Reasonable price for a clean compact room and a wonderful buffet breakfast. We also enjoy the hot spring bath which they always seem to have. Laundry facilities, too.

The shining feature of this hotel is the beautiful onsen. It is wonderful. The breakfast had a wide variety and the coffee machine was very good. The location is central to many walkable sites as well as the train station and bus stops. If we are ever in Nagasaki again would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a solo traveler! Though the room is small by western standards it has everything you need. The spa onsen is very nice and a great introduction experience. Staffing is helpful, the Nagasaki station close with upscale shopping. I found the hotel location just fine for exploring all Nagasaki has to offer.
