This hotel had lovely and helpful staff who were responsive to requests. Room was very clean and good size for our family. The only issue was that our AC unit began leaking quite a bit in the middle of the night but we told the front desk the next morning and they offered to let us switch rooms so we did. Breakfast was wonderful! Good location close to Nagano station and easy to navigate.

Good location close to the station. Pillow and bed is very uncomfortable. Pillow is filled with beads (?) and the mattress is very hard. Decent amenities and breakfast is included.

The hotel was excellent and a two minute walk from the train station. Food options were limited but the is a lsrge Delicia supermarket a ten minute walk away. Lots of choice for breakfast but it does get crowded.

This hotel is a quick 5 minute walk from Nagano station, and had a room that accommodated 4 people - 2 adults and 2 children. The beds were standard hard for Japan, but the room was a really good size for suitcases. The bathroom was really cramped though - it reminded us of an airplane bathroom! That was the only annoying thing though - everything else was great, for this really reasonably priced hotel. Added bonus -the included buffet breakfast was really good! Up on level 14, with amazing views across to the mountains - we really emjoyed these breakfasts! Highly recommend staying in this hotel if you want cheap, family accommodation in Nagano. We would happily stay there again.

Very disappointing.

Clean and conveniently located hotel but the breakfast was very poor. Western options were limited to tasteless scrambled egg, hot dog sausages and mass produced croissant. No fresh fruit, no cereal, no yoghurt or milk and no fresh bread. The beds were very uncomfortable - so hard - we may as well have been sleeping on the floor.
