It was a great place to stay. The room was clean and spacious by Japanese standards. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows and the duvet. The location was only a couple of blocks from the train station with shopping and restaurants. Great place to stay! Enjoyed it and would definitely recommend and stay again.

The staff were very nice. However, the hotel itself was somewhat rundown and older. The rooms were tiny and there was no place to store anything. It felt like we were staying in a tiny RV or trailer. The good thing is it was close to the train station. The breakfast was OK. I feel we paid too much for the room, as we looked it up the day we checked in and the rooms were about half the price of what we had paid. To use the tiny bathroom, you had to step up over a threshold, which was about 10 inches tall, which was inconvenient and dangerous.

I left some items at the hotel and I know it's my fault, but after talking to them to solve... they put the address wrong and after that they never answered the phone, neither my cell phone nor the email. They made me lose 3 hours waiting for them to tell me later that it was their mistake, but they couldn't do anything else.

着いてすぐに冷蔵庫が冷えてるか確認したが 冷えてなかった。 コンセントが入っており スイッチなどもなく コンセントを抜き差ししてフロントに連絡した。 その後確認に来てくれた時は冷風が出ているけど 庫内温度を下げますと言って設定してくれた。 使えて良かったが確認しておいて欲しかった。
