What i like is that it’s very near to Nagano Station - 2-3mins walk only. The size of the room was just right for 2 pax with 2 checked-in luggage & 2 carry on. Staff were very accomodating to your questions and needs. What i dont like is that, the ac is off (Autumn season)

Close to the train station, convenient, affordable and staff was nice. The flocks of muku-dori (grey starling) on the trees in front of the hotel were very loud through the night. The hotel didn't have laundry machine. We went to the nearby APA hotel which has coin laundry (washing/drying in one machine appliance).

I enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is right opposite Nagano station, and very close to the shopping and dining district. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. No microwave available to heat your food, but there is a 7/11 close by for that. Bed was comfortable and a nice sized TV mounted at the base to watch shows. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Nagano.

I chose this hotel for its extremely convenient location right at the train station and for the amazing price. The room decor is dated, but we did not care. It was kind of cool actually… Sort of retro high tech! The bath tub is so deep. Amazing for a soak after lots of walking. The staff are DARLING and absolutely wonderful. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are excellent. 10/10- would recommend to a friend!

Average size room for Japan with a window that could be opened but no individual temperature control for the AC, only L, M, H. Good shower over bath. Ice machine and microwave on other floors. Best location for the Nagano station, only 3 minute walk, with lifts as well as stairs to the station. Restaurants available at station and 7-11 next door.
