The location is conveniently across from Nagano Train Station and bus terminal, so it is close to shops, restaurants and transportation. The inn has a nice public bath with an open-aired bath, and has complimentary ramen for night snack. The staffs were all very polite and helpful which made me feel very welcoming. I would love to stay in Dormy Inn again when I visit Nagano in the future.

The staff helped us during every step of our stay. Amazing outdoor onsen. Particularly loved the breakfast which offers Japanese cuisine as well as the more typical continental options. Very spacious rooms. Also worth mentioning the hotel is right outside Nagano station as well as several great restaurants, which we found quite practical.
