Loved everything about this hotel especially breakfast. Twin room was quiet, large, comfortable and with all required amenities. Parking was easy, staff were great. Location was perfect for main tourist activities. Would definitely stay again, good value.

This is a lovely hotel which is really convenient for the train station. Staff are lovely and the room was clean and spacious. We have stayed here twice now and would always choose the hotel when in Nagano.

The room was extremely clean and quiet, comfortable to get a good night's sleep in. The front desk staff were of course friendly, helpful, and professional. The hotel also provides nice amenities, including pastries and coffee, and even a free nihonshu ("sake") tasting.

The hotel was within walking distance from Nagano Station and had many food options nearby. The hotel and neighbourhood was quiet and we had a nice view of the mountains. Our room had the massage chair which was really great to use after a long day of walking and exploring. The room was big compared to rooms in Tokyo which was a pleasant surprise and we had a great stay.
