Excellent hotel in Naga City Cam Sur Philippines

The hotel is affordable and clean. The room is small though but everything inside, including beddings, towels are new. There is no restaurant inside the hotel but there are many places to eat within walking distance. The receptionists and room service crew are extremely helpful. Shuttle service to airport is available and inexpensive. I will definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit to Naga.

We stayed in the property last year in the same room. This time the place was rundown and the toilet was blocked. We called maintenence everyday to unblock the toilet brcause it wouldnt flush. Last year they provided coffee. This year the were charging 350PHP for two small cups of coffee. We will never stay there again. There are many better hotels in the vacinity at the same price or cheaper.

Pros: - convinient location - responsive and very efficient staff especially Zoila. She’s very accommodating and helpful. - attentive staff Cons: - we didn’t complain but the pillow case doesn’t smell good and the fabric of the towels are too rough. All in all.. it was a great experience.
