We elected to stay in this location as it was the end of a 3-week holiday and close to the airport. Room was spotless and very small. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was a wet area, and only big enough for one person at a time so the toilet area became wet and slippery after a shower. The arrangements for the courtesy bus to the airport failed but we were fortunate enough to find a cab. Food was very good and at a fair price, same with the beers and the staff were almost too eager to help. Check-in was very smooth and fast. Wonderful sunsets.

First off the bar and restaurant staff were great mostly, a very special shout-out to Talanoa and Agnes afternoon shift at the bar. What I Didn't like was asking for a late check-out and being told 4 seperate times to check later. I asked at check-in please check tomorrow, asked after breakfast the next day, please check tonight, I asked at 2245 the night before told to check in the morning. I was annoyed at this time went to go find the duty manager I'd seen closing in the bar. There the night shift was coming on. The employee introduced himself and asked how everything was. I explained I'd been chasing a late check-out. And Yes I was aware there is normally a charge he'd said to give him a little time. As I was heading out to continue enjoying the independence Day celebrations I would check when I got back. Upon returning the desk was unattended was going to call from the room but the lovely guy on Nightshift rang me before I could ring him. He said that I could have till 1230 there is normally a charge but it would be complimentary this time for the confusion. But guess what the front desk rang the next morning to enquire when I was checking out. So fail. I asked twice to speak with a manager on the Saturday told there was no manager available by the front desk. But they were there getting ready for a bunch of VIPs from Wyndham no less I believe from what I could understand. As for the room stuff splattered at the entry, last guests dirty towels hanging on door.

Bula!! We were greeted with big friendly smiles from the moment we arrived & it just didn’t stop there. Everyday you were greeted by every staff and they remember your name. Buffet breakfast was the perfect way to start the day even better than Al La Carte menu. Rooms - cleaned everyday with beds made and fresh towels. After a busy day it was great to collapse in the most comfortable beds for a great night sleep. Location - you are spoilt for choice of places to eat and lots of live entertainment. The local TruMart is only 5mins walk down the round for any necessary items you need. Taxis @ your doorstep. The pool is possibly the only disappointment. It is very small, more like a big water feature with a bridge from the main hotel to the deck area. But with an amazing deck area & beach at your doorstep it was not a big deal at all. We will definitely be back. Vinaka!!

The facilities were comfortable, and the staff were the perfect combination of efficient and friendly. The buffet breakfast was high-protein, with a lot of variety. However, anyone counting on a large pool will be disappointed. Our only problem occurred on arrival. The Expedia info for the hotel indicated that there is a shuttle available for an additional charge. I emailed ahead on the Expedia site, and was assured that our room would be ready, and the shuttle would be awaiting our 0530 arrival. In fact, the HOTEL HAS NO SHUTTLE!!!! After waiting for some time, we called the hotel's night auditor, who advised us to take a taxi from the many available at the stand in front, which we would have done on our own if we hadn't been misled by the bad email advice we'd received.The hotel is a good choice in a good location, but expect to arrive by taxi.
