Wonderful stay with my daughter. We had everything we needed, Restaurants, service and grounds were amazing. My only criticism from a personal choice was the mattress which I found to be hard and it had a hump running down the centre. I found it a bit uncomfortable during our 7 night stay. I did go to the in-house pillow shop to borrow pillows to make my sleep a bit more comfortable. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay. If you don’t have children I would suggest you stay in the adults only area of resort as it can get a bit hectic with the children around the pool in the main area. We spent most of our time in the cabanas on the beach which we found to be more pleasant and quiet.

This was our best vacation ever, and it's all thanks to the unforgettable service!! The adult-only section was incredibly generous and indulgent, and the food was a highlight—the best of the five restaurants at the resort. But what truly made our trip was the outstanding staff. They are the warmest, kindest people I have ever met. We felt so welcomed and spent our days hugging, dancing, and laughing with them. A huge thank you to Noa, Sky, Lily, Siti, Tia, and Samu at the front gate, and to the entire team who made our vacation so much better!! Great experience. Super friendly staffs, great breakfast, and comfortbale room. One thing worths to mention is its pillow program. Do ask staff about it. However, the sound insulation in the room is not good. It was pretty noisy at night when people talking and walking by the door. The only disappointment for me was missing Koko Fijian restaurant where is closed on Sunday and Tueday not Sunday and Monday.

Love this place… we always stay in the Waitu Beach Club Rooms which are lovely. The entire Hotel has a great vibe and incredibly maintained throughout! Like any place it’s the staff that can make or break a stay and as always the staff there are incredibly warm and welcoming. Facilities are fantastic and this hotel would by far be my pick of the hotels in Denaru! If you want some adult only time with that loved one definitely check out the Waitui Beach Club…!it certainly won’t disappoint!
