I had such a great stay here, I was reluctant to leave! The room was clean and cool, with a great view and very comfortable beds. The pools were all lovely, particularly the adult pool which was so chill! The food and drinks were great, I’d recommend setting up on the beach for sunset and the fire show, and popping into the speakeasy for some cocktails. While the resort was busy, it never felt it - there was more than enough room for everyone. The staff are all wonderful and so friendly. I hope to come back and visit again very soon!

The staff are wonderful. They are kind, helpful and have beautiful singing skills. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. Tatavu restaurant on the beach was great. You can watch the sunset from the restaurant. I would highly recommend this resort. The best thing about Fiji is the people.

Absolutely phenomenal, amazing staff. Only complaint I would have is that people would early on put their towels on the pool chairs and reserve them all day but leave etc which was pretty annoying as there was limited seating other than that absolutely amazing resort, the staff were beautiful and the food amazing too. Facilities clean and comfortable.

Our check in was smooth, got a free upgrade to the ocean view room. The room was spacious for a family of four with daily cleaning service. The staff were courteous and helpful. An awesome experience and a highly recommended place for young families.

Staff were fantastic although front desk staff were less than helpful. We have stayed here on four ther occasions and the hotel is very dated, particularly our room with the blue headboards and light. Inadequate lighting in the room. Food extremely variable but breakfast great other than the birds who got to breakfast before us and were seen stealing bread from the servery. Associated bird excretement over the food was unpleasant.

Customer service was good but the hold on the card after paying so much to book the hotel is off putting. They put an absurd amount of money per night as a bond and once you check out it takes 7 nights to reverse. Not many people have those funds available everytime and if you live overseas and don’t receive the bond back you have to deal with the dispute from back home instead of going to the hotel
