Amazing staff, grounds, buffets, and villas. Our trip and experience had some bumps in the beginning, as the parts of the property and rooms are under construction (due to be completed in October 2026). The staff went above and beyond to make it right, and blew us away with their Fijian hospitality that knows no equal. Our stay was magical a filled with memories we will carry with us forever.

The hospitality was amazing as usual no complaints there, however our room wasn’t a wow factor for my stay, maintenance was happening people walking around your room constantly with didn’t give us privacy and noises would start from 9am. Our villa was a disaster. It rained all night and there was a leak in the roof and it flooded our front foyer where we had our shoes and few other belongings. So naturally our belonging and shoes were soaked. Next morning we requested to be moved but the hotel was at full capacity due to the mini hurricane that’s what we were told. The manager and front desk staff were polite and understanding. The housekeeping staff were amazing. All the restaurant staffs on both sides were just amazing and wonderful. Food was 10 out 10. We paid lots of money for the villa that was not up to par.
