The accommodation is urgently in need of a significant upgrade. The standard of accommodation is a major blight on the name of NOVOTEL. One would expect a much higher standard of quality in terms of the accommodation space. The staff throughout the facility are exceptional and very friendly and helpful

Dinner at the restaurant was inedible. I ordered the poke. Every item was cold, including the brown color yellowtail. I ordered the French fries after taking a few bites of the poke. However, the fries were soggy and dripping with oil. I gave up and had some mints that were in my carry-on luggage

I was very disappointed with this hotel. Not up to the Novotel standard. The rooms are very dated and old from the 70s. I felt a bit ripped off. Staff are lovely.

Rooms were dark, dingy and run down. The property definitely needs upgrades. We also requested a handicap accessible room. We were put on the bottom floor that you had to go up and down a series of winding ramps. Not handicap friendly.
