This is a long property along the shoreline. My "room with a view" was facing a tractor and truck. The ground level outdoor space had a road going past for all the people to walk down AND all the service vehicles. Hundreds of them all day long! They were working on the outside walls each day. Using a water blaster to wash everything.. yes, including flooding the room with water pouring under the door.

VERY DISAPPOINTING and a false advertisement. It states Hilton BEACH and SPA resort. A person would think that there will be an option to swim in the pool as well as in the sea. Well not there... the beach and sea is literally disgusting. It’s just full of mud and no one can swim there! The closest nice beach is natandula beach, around an hour away... furniture in the room is outdated, housekeeping service is poor - a lot of dust in the room, slippers were removed and we had to ask several times to get it back (which took 2 days to replace it), every single day we had to ask for towels or toiletries or coffee, milk, toilet roll and so on. Once when we asked for towels, the lady said that she works only for $4 an hour. We just wanted towels that were removed from the room... Walls in the room are so thin that we could hear conversation of people living next door, prices for food are overpriced for the quality, we have ordered calamari (advertised coming with chips) - chips = tiny amount of sheared bacon ?? On the last day we asked for a porter to come and collect our cases. We waited for over 40 minutes then decided to walk to the reception. When we returned to our room with the porter, our cases were gone as well as cash we left for housekeepers. We were extremely disappointed as we were expecting 5 stars hotel as well as nice beach resort, instead we have hot service of maximum 3 stars hotel and we couldn’t even walk on the beach as it was full of mud. Would not recommend it

we checked in and we had no hot water in our room and the aircon vents made the room smell like cigarette smell was coming through another room. hot water took 2hrs to fix while we visited the pools. nice clean new rooms. We had dinner at the Thai place one night and we ordered a green thai curry and had to pay $10FJD for rice like that should be included in a curry, its kinda like ordering butter chicken but paying extra for the butter. The setting a Koro adults only area is very quiet and full of retired people so stick to the other pools unless you are over 40yrs old

Our room was outdated and not particularly clean. The microwave in the kitchen and the tv set in our bedroom didn't work. Housekeeping didn't show up the second day. Our suite was noisy and had a view on a construction site (while the workers had a nice view of our bathroom, which back in the day must have been conceived to overlook the sea). The resort is ok, but far from anything fancy.
