By far the best resort I stayed at. This accommodation has exceptional facilities, great food options and is walking distance to a well stocked supermarket. One really does not have to leave the resort as the pools, beach, facilities like spa & gym as well as the F&B outlets provide everything needed and more. Loved the breakfast buffet which had a large variety of food options and a number of live cooking stations. We also enjoyed the swim up bar and the high quality sun loungers. However, the best thing about this place was hands down the staff. Every single person we encountered was extremely friendly, hospitable and just positive through and through. People often made an effort to actively engage with us guests, in every hallway or corner of the hotel. We were blown away by the kindness and happy vibe we got. We had one minor complaint which was dealt with efficiently and in a professional manner which we appreciated. We had the best time and can’t wait to stay here again!

Crowne Plaza Nadi is great for relaxation. With special mention to the staff who always greet us with a friendly Bula! The lobby’s welcoming team and porters and front desk people are the best, answering all requests with professionalism and rooms for improved efficiency. Housekeeping team is friendly with rooms for improvement, as we found our rooms not serviced twice during a 6 night stay. Would suggest the hotel to change the “Service/Do not disturb” sign to be like Asia hotels, using the button system to avoid misunderstanding and confusion. The breakfast is great. The rooms are spacious and mattresses comfortable. Pillows are towards the soft side. Hotel says it has a pillow menu, but staff do not seem to understand the offer. The lighting is too dim and featuring only 1 USB port for charging. Bathroom is spacious and we specially liked the amenities, we loved the Antipodes shower and lotion range. The only issues was the hairdryer, had to hold the button the whole time. Need to change that! The hotel’s facilities are great, so many pools to choose and the pool bar is wonderful offering great cocktails and reasonable price. The surrounding beach is soso, not swimmable, but great spot for the memorable Fijian sunset. We were there for New Years and the fireworks make it really special. Need to add more parking spaces for customers. Although the staff are very friendly and ready to help, many small requests have to be made multiple times to be met. Will surely go back!

We did a day trip to the Hilton, Sofitel, and InterContinental, and we can honestly say booking The Crowne Plaza was the best decision. The resort is amazing, with excellent ambience and fantastic daily activities. We could have easily stayed at the resort all week and not felt like we missed out on anything. While the food prices are on the higher side, the overall experience was outstanding ++++.

The room was immaculate and the staff were fantastic. The breakfast buffet had so many great options and a fantastic selection of fresh fruit. The pools were always kept clean and the whole resort was always looking great. Can’t wait to go back!

Pad a very high price for our room and it was very difficult to sleep 4 of our nights. We lived there from the Hilton on Denarau Island as we wanted to treat our daughter to a luxury resort. 3 nights the air conditioning didn’t work and it was so hot and Niki it was unbearable. Maintenance came in two of those nights . The final night it was so cold and could not come on to a reason we temperature(not good on our last night with an early flight). When I checked out and told them what our experience was, they didn’t forget to ask for a tip (not good). They should ha e offered us money back given what we paid (over $1,000 Canadian per night for a two bedroom) and other resorts are far better value . Ordering food or drinks took forever, to the point where we simply gave up and went to buy drinks from a local store. Resort is nice, but location is not comparable to others for the reasons outlined. Would never stay here again

Breakfast was great, super fresh and lots of variety. Stayed in the standard room with the view of the main pool, it was spacious and clean. Room was serviced everyday. The pool was refreshing. More pool chairs needed as we did struggle multiple times throughout our stay as well as towels. Food options were good, can get repetitive as most of the outlets serve the same food but the food was nice overall.

The rooms were fine.. Cleaned and we'll Manteined.. The pool Is amazing.. Prices are a bit high but considering location and installations it's fine.. Not expensive considering everything... The recreation team.. My God.. Whatever crowne is paying that crew is not enough.. They're beyond brilliant and we're amazing with our kids during the whole stay.. We spent new years eve.. The fireworks.. Dancing.. Restaurants.. Everything was amazing.. But since we didn't have any booking we went to the kids club around 11pm.. They were all there with a huge smile and we all, even my wife and I had a blast playing with them.. For me.. Seeing those guys spending a 31st of December away from their loved ones and still enterteining everyone with a smile.. Was incredible.. The highlight of our stay.. We are definitely going back in a year or 2.. And can't recommend this place enough..

Wife got sick after eating omelette which I had to go and chase up the order on that was placed 30 mins prior they advised its still coming and then gave it to us at the table a like 2 mins after - after this it was down hill wife to got sick eating not nice.
