Worst resort I've stayed at. Spend your money elsewhere. Dirty rooms and bedding is just the start. We found bed bugs and ants on the bed that had been 'cleaned'. A few days into our stay the water shut off and we had no running water the whole day. We asked for a different room by the receptionist multiple times but got rejected. We checked out early as we had enough of the place. With 2 days left on our booking we were told that we'd be refunded for those 2 days as we checked out early but now the resort refuse to take calls from Expedia who's handling the case and trying to get the refund, so we have yet to be refunded. Hope the owner or manager crawls out of that cave they're hiding in and make this right.

At times the restaurant & bar was grossly understaffed. We had to wait 2 hours on Saturday for our dinner & then the meal was not good ! - Apparently only one cook in the kitchen & only one barman.

This hotel is very comfortable. Food is fabulous and staff are so helpful. Our children love the pool and we love the cocktails and the long stretch of sand to laze on as the sun sets.

We reached the resort around 9.30PM in the night , all of us starving and the only dining option was to eat @ resort. The kitchen was closed by then, so the only choice was to place a custom order where we paid a premium price 30$ for a plate of veg fried rice(the most costliest veg fried rice of my life).and chicken noodles was 42FJD. We checked in to the room, pretty dusty which also has torn curtains with untidy sheets. We spotted a healthy spider on one of the side table, and lots of frogs in the corridor. The buffet at night was overpriced and terrible platter. The resort is secluded with a only choice to rely on the resort for commute to any other places you plan to visit. Most of the staff clearly lacked hospitability with a forced smile on their face We weren't expecting luxury as this was a last min choice and booking but this resort has terribly failed to offer the bare minimums in most areas.

The only reason I booked this was for my one day of holiday to chill next to the pool and they closed this for a tv show shoot. The staff weren't great, the massage I got from the massage lady lost my earring, and she was sick coughing and had to stop and blow her nose during the massage. I ended up having to get another hotel and lost my last nights fee on this place with no refund. The beach and palm trees and gardens were pretty.
