Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This property is not ready to accept bookings. When I arrived from the airport, I was told that the hotel was not available and was sent to stay at a different property with much lower standards. If I had wanted to stay there, I would have booked that hotel myself instead of booking Nest Inn. There was no communication or advance notice about this change, which made the experience very stressful and disappointing. Taking bookings for a property that is not ready is misleading to guests. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend booking here until the property is fully operational.
