It's very relaxing & accommodating... Staff are very friendly, & down to earth.... Place is well kept... Except for some touch in the pool area on the ceiling In house food was quite taste... And the rooms a spacious & easy to relax in... Our only hiccup was on the last day we were there wasn't great, felt like the place went on over drive... Paving the front, shutting off the water on just our floor for testing purposes, & other strange things happening.. But the girl at the front desk was quite kindly gave us plenty of time to check out, & to boot helped me get breakfast to my Mother... Her name was Jacklyn All in all I give The Hyatt place a big 4 thumbs up 93% for being courteous, & professionalism- running a clean clam ship, & making their guest feel right at home. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy themselves for any occasion...

We had tickets to a concert at the nearby Mohegan Sun Casino. Rooms at the casino are very pricey so ,after some research, we settled on staying at this hotel. Check in was easy and there is plenty of parking. A buffet style breakfast comes with the room and a free shuttle runs until 2am to and from the casino. All of these features were the positives for the property. The negative is the condition of the property and the room we received. We arrived at 430 and basically dropped our stuff into our room then went for dinner and our night out. We didn't really check out the room until the next morning before we left. Most of the furniture looked damaged and the shower was missing grout and also had dirty caulking. The worst thing wss the ceiling above the window by the bed. Obviously there had been a water leak and the repair was poor but in the corner was what appeared to be a section of ceiling covered in mold. It was gross and I would not have stayed if i saw it before. I definitely wont be back to this property until its been upgraded.
