This is an almost brand new hotel. I stayed in a queen suite with separate living area. The room was spotless and I appreciated the full sized suite and AC. Great infinity pool on the top floor provides an unrivalled view of the railway and general industrial activity. The food was first class. 20 mins by Uber to Mysore Palace. Very efficient staff control transport. Hotel clesrly has a few staff training issues to address still but everyone tries really hard to please. Highly tecommended

The hotel is new, clean and gorgeous. The rooms are lovely and quiet. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I ordered a bunch of room service foods which were well presented but just okay.

The stay per se was good and hotel delivered the amenities it advertised. However I had an issue. My reservation explicitly confirmed breakfast was included. Friendly, committed staff who work hard. Customers need to be better - not let their kids run around in hallways and buffets. Walls are paper thin and makes it hard to sleep when kids run around screaming albeit playfully. Management may look into alternatives to carpets that trap odor. Air sprays and perfumes make it worse.
