Arrival Package: Every reservation includes 6 Keurig coffee pods, creamers, sugars, and snacks.
Linens & Towels: All bed linens are provided. We include a bath towel set per person (bath towel, washcloth, and 2 hand towels). Please bring your own beach towels.
Starter Toiletry Kit: Initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.
Basic Amenities: A starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent.
Laundry: Full-size in-unit washer and dryer available for your exclusive use.

PARKING AND VEHICLES
The HOA strictly prohibits the parking of any:
Golf Carts or Trailers
Motorcycles
Box Trucks or Vans
Branded Commercial Vehicles
Guests with these vehicles will be asked to move them immediately at their own expense.
OCCUPANCY AND CONDUCT
Maximum Occupancy: Limited to 6 human guests.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM nightly. Please be mindful that this is a lively neighborhood with families; earplugs are provided for your comfort.
No Parties: This is our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
Security: For your safety, an outdoor security camera monitors the entrance. There are no cameras inside the home.
FEES AND FINES
Non-Smoking Property: This is a strictly non-smoking and drug-free home. Smoking inside will result in a 1,000 dollar fine plus increased cleaning costs and damage repairs.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed without prior written consent and a 59 dollar non-refundable fee. Unauthorized animals will result in a 500 dollar fine.
Fire Safety: Absolutely no fires, inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will result in a 100 dollar fine plus damages.
Check-Out Timing: Check-out is 10:00 AM. If a guest fails to vacate by this time without 24-hour prior written consent, a fee of 50 dollars applies for the first 30 minutes, and 100 dollars for each subsequent 30-minute period.
MAINTENANCE AND REFUNDS
Maintenance: We do not send maintenance into the property during your stay unless there is a significant cause for concern. Maintenance is performed after your departure.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, acts of nature, insects, or neighborhood activity beyond our control. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
GUEST SCREENING
Profiles with a rating lower than 4 stars are not eligible for Instant Book. Reservations made by new profiles or low-rated guests are subject to manual review, screening, and potential cancellation if safety standards are not met.
