Communication with Myrtle Beach vacation stations was great the only thing is in the where it says there's a pool there is no pool or hot tub and it is not on the beach it is three streets from the beach

Great place

It was great!!! Great space, very clean. Quiet spot, loved the closed in porch. Lots of space for my puppy. Very close to beach, you cant see the beach from the room which was ok with me but its an easy 2 min walk away. I will definately visit again.

Kitchen was not fully equipped except with BUGS!!!!!!! Termites, fleas and cockroaches!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and owner would NOT give refund or even do anything about it!!!!!!!! We left 10 minutes of being there!!!! DO NOT trust this company!!!!! DIGUSTING is not even strong enough!!!!!!!!!

I have never been so disappointed at a rental property and this was my first time to book a place through Expedia. The picture and description of what I rented were not accurate and when i received a call that I could have an upgrade, i was happy about that. If what I got was an upgrade, I am glad I didn't get the first one. I listed beachfront on my filter when booking. it popped up and said, "direct access". i had foot surgery and wanted as close as possible. 3 blocks away :( Then, there was an empty pop bottle on the window sill, roaches and holes all over the walls. i have pictures if you care to see them. there was no broom for us to sweep, so we used a towel and did the best we could. The 17 inch front room tv was above the microwave. There was no kitchen or coffee table. we had to eat on the couch that I would not sit on until we placed a sheet on it. I will tell you that I would be shocked if anyone stayed here and liked it and I would be shocked if you read this and leave on your list of places to rent. in fact, i totally feel cheated and although i would not ask for anything, Expedia should want to make up for it. I have used Expedia to book all of my flights for years and even hotel rooms but never a condo or place similar. the only excellent comment i can make is that the parking was good.

Infested roaches

We were visiting out of town and just decided to take an many trips are Myrtle Beach with the family so we decided to make reservations online and we kind of wish we didn’t do that because when we got to the apartment it was filled with infested roaches so we called her back and told her we wanted our money back so she told us we couldn’t get our money back then she said that she would find us somewhere else to stay the next day so we end up booking at La Quinta for that night and she called us 12 o’clock saying that they had another one for us so when we got to the second one, it was pretty clean but it also had roaches in there, but not as much as the first floor we will never visit this place or property again in our life. This has been the worst vacation ever.

I originally booked this condo and had to change my reservations as we had a blizzard. The manager told me I could have a different condo as the one I originally wanted was not available. I bought a linen package the day I arrived. What’s about 96° out I walked into the condo was 91°. I had no linens towels. The place was not kept up well everything was old when I called. It was two hours after check-in. The excuse she gave me was we don’t turn the air conditioner on because we don’t know what time you’re arriving. Check-in is at 4:30 morning. Complains about that that it would take me at least two hours to get it to a decent temperature and I have two young kids she didn’t care. She told me she could get the linen package there by 8:30. I left and had to find myself another place to stay. I still paid the same price as the original condo and paid for the linen packages that I didn’t never get stay clear of this place. I lost all my money and had to get another hotel.

Overall it was fine a couple things they could do to improve. The chairs in the living room were quite stained also the grass was never cut so you couldn't really enjoy the grilling area. it would be nice if the left instructions for the tv remotes. One last thing the pool and the gym shown in the pics does not exist.

Roaches. Slept with lights on. Not, cleaned well, kept sweeping up dog hair. Beds mattress wore down. Walls very thin, you could hear people above and beside you.
