The place was very rundown and not kept up well. When we arrived it was obvious the place was not clean from the previous guests. We immediately called the host after we discovered the bedsheets had bodily fluid stains! Host suggested we change the sheets! He gave us access to a very filthy closet filled with cleaning supplies, toiletries, dirty linens, etc. We left immediately!! We also read the guest book and most were negative experiences! Shame on the owner and Evolve property for misrepresenting this place. Wasted our time on vacation finding another accommodation. Now dealing with with the whole mess of getting my money back!
Stayed 5 nights in Jul 2026
