The room was extremely dirty. Make up and stains. Dusty and dirt everywhere. Gross. The tub had paint on the bottom. Where they didn’t replace it properly. I’m sorry, I don’t want to shower and have my pores open up and get lead poisoning. I just saying. Then they didn’t take the money out the account. It was supposed to be taken out before check in. Never happened. I give them the card at check in. They swiped the card. The day of check out, they call me to say your charge didn’t go through. How? And saying how would you like to pay. I don’t. I dont know how or why a hotel wouldn’t take the money and that’s on them. The lounge wasn’t all that and the breakfast horrible. The juiced tasted funny. The parking lot is horrible. No disabled parking within distance. And I couldn’t even get into the parking lot because it was so packed and cramped. Nope, never again.

Both front desk personnel were a bit curt. I went down about 3am because I needed coffee and a toothbrush. They'd only put DECAF in my room. The gentleman at the front desk was very dismissive, almost threw the coffee down on the counter and when I asked if there were toothbrushes I could purchased he said "I don't know look over there!" and waved in a general direction. Bathroom has virtually no counter space,but breakfast is excellent and magnolias is a quit walk .
