My room was very comfortable and clean however the phone did not work and the TV service had to continually be reset. Staff was very helpful and friendly .....especially Natalie the front desk clerk! She was upbeat and full of smiles! A pleasure to be around and definitely a positive asset to this hotel! I will definitely use this hotel again.

Rooms with black mold, smelled of smoke, uncleaned prior to check in. Staff understanding when asked for fill refund and not staying ther but unconcerned when told of black mold, stated we just paint over it
