Disliked: Cleanliness
The condo was beautiful as well as the property! View was gorgeous. The outdoor pool and amenities were enjoyable by our whole family. The resort staff were very personable and we enjoyed getting to know them during our stay. I was surprised by the lack of cleanliness of the condo; lots of dust, gritty floor, food in the couch cushions, hair everywhere including silverware drawer and in the bed. I had to rewash a lot of items myself before use. I will say it was nice having a washer and dryer right in the unit as we did laundry about every other day and repacked all clean clothes so i dont have that to do when we get home!Pollen was high, which is understandable; it didnt appear balconies and furniture were cleaned between guests though as items were stacked, covered in pollen and cobwebs. We didn't use the balcony off the master bedroom because of this, which we otherwise would have. We found it impractical to only be provided 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper per bath, paper towel,1 pouch of laundry soap and dishwasher soap for the length of our stay. We had to purchase additional of all products.Overall the location was amazing. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Food was amazing. I would definitely stay at this resort again, but likely book directly through The Marina as the 3rd party vendor didn't provide great communication nor customer service.
