Overall, our experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The front desk manager was especially helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the pool area was also very clean and enjoyable. I love this resort because it is very family-friendly, with activities and amenities for both kids and adults. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. The only issue we experienced was with the concierge. We were promised a specific incentive for attending the timeshare presentation, but the next day, the concierge manager did not honor what we had been told. That was disappointing, but aside from that, everything else about our stay was excellent.
