GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the entire suite, including both bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and living area. Shared access to the outdoor pool and game lounge is included. One complimentary parking space is provided. Entry is fully keyless for easy arrival.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ)
• No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, or burning incense is prohibited inside units and common areas. A $200 violation fee applies for any evidence of smoking, including odor or residue.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a restful stay for all guests.
• Self Check-In & Support: There is no on-site front desk or live-in staff. Remote guest support is available 24/7, with local cleaning and maintenance partners on call as needed.
• Online Check-In Required: Guests must complete online check-in prior to arrival to receive access codes. The check-in link will be sent after reservation confirmation.
• Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit (preauthorization hold) is required at check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released after checkout if no damages or policy violations occur.
• Laundry Service: Wash, dry, and fold service is available upon request, subject to availability.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Requests must be made in advance.
• Parking: One complimentary parking space is included per unit. Additional vehicles require prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.
• Mid-Stay Cleaning: Optional mid-stay cleanings are available for an additional fee.
• Pets & Service Animals: Pets are not permitted. Certified service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines. Guests must notify us prior to arrival if a service animal will be present. Emotional support animals (ESAs) are not permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning related to service animals.
• Damage Responsibility: By booking, guests agree to be financially responsible for any damages, missing items, or rule violations during their stay.
