Room was clean but there were stains on the furniture and comforter. The breakfast was not great. There were no plates. The waffle machine was coated in waffle stuck to it which left it unusable and there was no OJ. Would not stay there again.

Our first night was in room 132. The extra unit in the room was so loud it kept us awake at night. The phone was disconnected. The tub was an old soaking one very hard to step in and out of and there were no bars to assist. We are in out 70's and do not want to fall. At our request,, we were moved to another room and it was much better.

Warning: Do not stay at this hotel

We began our stay in the afternoon. No problem the first day. But the mornings in the breakfast room was horrible. Only waffles, cereal, small muffins which tasted awful. There was no spray for the waffle maker (until we found it in a cabinet). No employee to help anyone. The orange juice had been empty for days. The worse part was our room wasn’t cleaned at all after our first night. My husband went to the desk and was told, “Oh, there will be no service this week!” So, no cleaning, beds made, bathroom cleaned, trash emptied, etc. He went back later to ask for clean towels they we’re reluctant but they gave him enough for our stay there. The manager (I think) wore the same clothes for 3 days; t-ahirt, jeans and flip flops Not professional. Just a very bad experience and will never stay there again.

The bed in the room had mold on it and there was a dehumidifier in the room that they would not take out and it was very loud. The hotel is refusing a refund even though we left cause of the condition of the room.
