First and foremost staff was excellent, caring and attentive. They always are interested in helping with any request and what else they could do to make the stay better. The place itself is dated. The room had everything that one would need. However, dated would be the appropriate word. That being said, the room was cleaned perfectly. Could not be happier about that. We have all been at dated locations that this isn't the case. The staff should be commended for cleanliness of the rooms. The pool and hot tub area should also be rated as high. Space, cleanliness and environment of this area is spot on. Could not ask for a better spot regarding beach access. And finally, the actual location is also perfect. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

They called prior to my arrival to confirm my stay. Asked about the location of my room ... was not ocean front with balcony but asked if they could accommodate and said they would do what they could, considering there was a 10 day event going on. Arrived only to find out that they DID reserve an ocean front w/balcony room for me!!! Thank you 'HENRY' for going out of your way for a stranger. You're the BEST front desk manager.

Great Oceanfront View

Hotel view was excellent for Ocean view would definitely recommend. A few cons the rooms walls seem pretty thin can hear sounds from other rooms although the AC drowns it out between cycles. Defintely recommend ear plugs if a light sleeper. The hotel will call before you arrive and text throughout your stay. Was not too pleased with all the communication while trying too relax. Rooms very clean with Kitchenette & all the supplies you may forget to bring.

Hotel was nice. Loved the ocean front view and that it was far enough away from the "crowd." It was not real busy at all around us and on the beach. Hotel was a bit dated, but it did not bother me any. Front desk workers were very nice and let us know that our room was ready hours before check in, which was nice. Parking was easy- just a flat lot and public parking nearby if you have others joining you on the beach. I would stay again.

Convenient, well manicured, clean. Disappointed with the keyless access as we had two access denied occasions. One resulting in a 2 hour wait that left us in the hallway until 3 am, even after having called 13 times for help, with 1 call for assistance to the local police. I learned that this was a problem facility-wide. Hopefully, it will be resolved.

It was a terrible stay , we checked in and checked out the same day . Ceiling was falling in on us in the living room and Bathroom. We only spent a few hours there and left , the whole hotel everywhere we went smelled like marijuana. Slider door to balcony was so old and damaged it would not open . Staff was very friendly though . Definitely will never book here again and we do travel a lot.
