No room service there was mold in the bathtub. The room was very, very dirty. no room service for beding or cleaning. had to buy toilet paper. No restaurant in facility was not what they stated It was online. Wouldhighly recommend staying at the North end of Myrtle Beach. The south end very trashy, drugs and prostitution. the hotel is wore out rundown room was disgustingly nasty. not what presented online. 3rd class maybe 4th class hotel.

The room was overall clean and loved the view even though it was not all the way oceanfront. The unit was a side unit but had a beautiful side view of the ocean and the pools. Loved the hot tub and the spacious unit. Had a kitchen stocked for cooking needs. Would love to stay again and plan on staying again.

The view from our 1 bedroom condo was perfect, the staff was very courteous and the palace had plenty of emienites to enjoy. We had a full sized kitchen which was great and the listing said a queen bed however was a king size so that was an added bonus. Definitely would consider rebooking in the future

Both the bathroom and the room were filthy, and the sofa bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep due to back pain. The staff were also extremely unfriendly.

The staff is amazing, and super friendly. The security guards are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The hotel it's self need to be remodeled. The hotel smells old like a mildew type of smell. The room I had the floors were broken, bathroom tubs were dirty.
