The overall property is outstanding with everything you need from restaurants, beach access, pools and cocktails on site. The cleanliness of the room was average with many of the furniture and amenities being out dated. The balcony was in the 4th floor with a great view of the ocean, overall the stay was great and close to surrounding entertainment.
