The living area includes a wall-mounted TV with basic cable, air conditioning and heat, a built-in desk area for those who might need to catch up on a little work, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and a small dining area with table and chairs. There's also a dresser for storage, and the private bathroom is complete with a tub/shower combo and vanity area.

The private balcony is a favorite feature among guests, perfect for sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, or winding down in the evening with the calming sounds of the ocean in the background. Located on the 7th floor of the Driftwood Building, this condo offers breathtaking ocean views without the beachfront price tag.

As of 2022, the space has been updated with brand new flooring throughout the main living area and a fresh coat of modern, inviting paint to create a bright, beachy atmosphere.

The full kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to make cooking easy and enjoyable. With a full-sized fridge and freezer, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and all the basic cookware and utensils, whipping up meals or late-night snacks is a breeze. For those who prefer to explore local cuisine, Myrtle Beach has a huge variety of restaurants, bars, and cafes just a short walk, drive, or Uber ride away. Food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are also widely available in the area.

No need to overpack, we've got you covered! Towels, linens, bedding, and toiletries are all provided, along with starter items like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Each bathroom comes stocked with 8 towels and 8 washcloths for your convenience.

While the Sea Mist Resort is a vintage Myrtle Beach icon with over 65 years of history, this unit is anything but dated. We've worked hard to create a space that feels fresh, clean, and welcoming, something our past guests have consistently appreciated. Many return year after year and treat this condo like their own little beach retreat.
