The unit boasts a comfortable bedroom with plush linens and ample storage, a spacious living area with cable TV, and a private balcony where you can savor your morning coffee or evening relaxation. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure, featuring a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and essential cooking utensils. Enjoy the added convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer combo, ensuring you have everything you need for a hassle-free stay.
The Magnolia North community offers an array of resort-style amenities, including multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool complex, a fitness center, and more. Whether you're lounging by the pool, working out in the gym, or simply enjoying the local wildlife, you'll find plenty to keep you entertained and relaxed.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the condo and all its amenities, including the private balcony. Enjoy the Myrtlewood Villas resort facilities such as the outdoor pools, indoor pool complex, and fitness center. You also have access to the community's public beach entrance, just a short walk away. Please note that while you can enjoy the resort amenities, certain areas like the private golf courses are not included in your access.
Interaction with Guests
We aim to make your stay as seamless as possible. All communications, including booking details, check-in instructions, and any assistance you might need, will be conducted via phone, email, or messaging. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or require support during your stay. We're here to ensure your Myrtle Beach vacation is nothing short of fantastic.

Please be aware that all guests must be at least 25 years old to rent with us. Additionally, a signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license are required. We do not rent to locals in order to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. If you are under 25 or a local, your reservation will be canceled.
