The interior parking area has easy access to steps and elevator. June 1 to Sept 1 are weekly rentals only and require a Saturday to Saturday stay. Rates are subject to change. Holiday rates may be higher. No daily housekeeping. Ask about terms for under 25.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was great, parking was easy. The kitchen has plenty of cooking necessities, and plenty of plates, silverware and cups. I was disappointed to find that several essentials like dish soap, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper were in very short supply (basically one of each) Luckily we had a car and could go to the store for more. But there are a few things that need to be better.The fire alarm on the third floor is hanging out of the receptacle- didn't appear operational. There were also a couple of the smoke detectors in the bedrooms that appeared to have been tampered with- not sure if those were in working order either. There are no blankets ion the beds, only a sheet and the bedspread, which have seen better days. The floor in the kitchen/living room was absolutely FILTHY. you couldn't walk from one end to the other without needing to change socks or wash your feet. I hope the complex fixes the fire alarm/detector issues soon.

The condo had plenty of space. Appreciated the large dining table for us to seat and eat or play games. Also, enjoyed the game room. The weather did not allow us to use beach or pool but still had a good time. Only improvement could be some smaller pots or serving bowls.

The condo needed a deep cleaning. The floors were really dirty; walking barefoot, your feet were black. The condo needed a refresh. Walls are chipped and spotted, and furniture is worn and old.

Perfect place for our group. Location was close to everything and the space was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. Definitely recommend this listing for bigger groups, especially golfers since the six bedrooms gave us each our own room.

Perfect Spot for Group Getaway

We were very happy with the property. It was really clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Great location and had plenty of parking for all of our group. Having 5 bathrooms was awesome so that everyone wasn’t crowded together. We would definitely stay there again.The only suggestion I would make is to have an extra sheet on each bed as there was only one and no fitted sheet, so we slept between the sheet and the comforter which was a little scratchy.

Great place for large group

We were in Myrtle Beach for a volleyball tournament. We had 5 families share this unit and it worked great for us! Kids lived the game room and the hot tubs. Lots of room, bathrooms and kitchen space. Would stay here again!
