Came with my wife, 4 grandchildren (ages 5, 8, 16, 17) and their parents. 8 in all. Place was great for space - two people per bedroom and bathroom which made the size perfect for our family. That's difficult to do and be literally on the beach. 2 bedrooms had access to the balcony also nice. Pros: Communication with owner was great - found place no problem, parking easy, all access codes worked well, Internet good, etc. There were carts right in the parking garage to help you move your luggage and stuff up the elevator and we had a lot! Very helpful. Beach was not as crowded as the northern area near the boardwalk which was nice. Beach chairs were available downstairs first come, first serve but we got ours everyday. Appliances were newer and lots of kitchen storage. Washer and dryer worked great and were used. Beach balcony had the best chairs in the tower - Adirondack rockers (excellent and comfortable)!Cons: Furniture and bathrooms are not modern and outdated. Didn't give a beach vibe at all. Mattresses little soft for my liking but good enough. Facets need replacing for sure especially the kitchen sink and one of the master bath shower heads which just trickled so we used another bath since there were 3 more. Those are easy fixes. My daughter in law who owns a painting business said unit desperately needs repainting. Each bathroom had the minimum of 2 bath towels so we washed them often. Could use a few more. Overall great experience. We hope to come back next year

The property has a beautiful ocean view, a great location, and plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms—a rare find.However, several issues impacted our stay. For the cleaning fee charged, we expected better standards: there were stains on the bedding, the pantry wasn’t cleaned, and the house had an unpleasant odor. Basic supplies were also lacking—the “starter” toilet paper rolls were nearly empty, and only 2 of the bathrooms had soap bottle provided (and they were half used).The listing showed an 11 a.m. checkout, but instructions later said 10 a.m., which was confusing. Communication with the property manager was inconsistent; once we arrived, messages went largely unanswered until the end of our stay.Lastly, the pool and jacuzzi—one of the main reasons we booked—were closed for half of Saturday, with a sign noting they’d be closed for the week for scheduled maintenance. This was never disclosed beforehand.Overall, while the home has great potential, these issues impacted our experience and left us feeling that the value did not match our expectations.

The property surprised us (in a good way). The unit met our expectations. Beach access was good except after 10 pm, where I wouldn't recommend females walking alone at night, but good for a stroll during the day. The unit was accommodating as far as space, with enough dishes. Parking was good with the right credentials. Overall, we had a pleasant trip, and would recommend this place.

Location was good. Communication with property manager was frustrating at times when I couldn't open his massages. I was able to get them finally and he told that the floors was replaced. The place was undergoing renovation when we got their . The place wasn't clean as it should have been but Lisa, cleaning manager, went out of her way to make us comfortable as she can. She told me about the construction of the floors the day of my arrival. This was something that the property manager should have told me an advance. Somethings was out of her control and they were the microwave wasn't working like it should. The outlets and the televisions in two of the bedrooms was not working at all. I didn't mention it to Lisa nor call maintenance. I was so disappointed that trying to reach out was pointlessly, so we did things to make it positive. I manager

We have rented the condos from this building for about 5 years now, not this particularly room, but because of this experience we will NEVER stay here again. Upon arrival you could tell at first glance the room was dirty. The furniture, the floor, and the window were filthy. We had to go buy cleaner to clean the tables, counters and windows ourselves. The furniture is NOT what is shown in the pictures. This room is totally run down and need completely gutted and re-done. All of the bathrooms need stuff done. In the master bathroom there are 2 sinks. One has only hot water and the other has only cold water. The floors in the living area had been re-done with wood laminate and it was already coming up to the place where our grandson pinched his foot. You had to be careful when you walked to the kitchen not to trip on it. There are so many bad things to say about this room I don’t have enough space to list them all. I WOULD NOT recommend wasting your money on this room. It was by far the worst room I have ever stayed in. Also one day for no reason the smoke detectors decided to go off and let me tell you, it was loud. It happened at least 5 times so I called the manager to let her know and was told that if it kept happening to “remove the batteries”. We did and was not very comfortable with that, and they still kept going off so we had to unplug all of them from the wall. It remained this way for another 4 days. I’m sure that is not legal to do.

Condo layout was what we wanted. Great location. Overall facility is nice. Condo is looking a little tired but property manager said they are in the process of getting ready for many updates. Communication with property manager was good.

The condo is in a nice location and right on the beach

When we arrived it was obvious the property was under renovation the carpet tacks were sticking up and covered by a bath mat. There was only 2 towels per bathroom for the entire week. The faucet in the master bath tub was not usable and water sprayed everywhere. Should also note on the rental that there is no toilet, paper or paper towels provided when you arrive

Williams 60th birthday golf trip

The VRBO was as listed and the accommodations and location was outstanding! Anything anyone wanted to do was readily accessible and available. The view from the VRBO was amazing and listening to the waves crashing on shore was wonderful. Some of my guests are interested in renting in the future. I highly recommend this unit and forward to renting again as well! Thank you for making this a successful trip.

I will start by saying that I have rented from VRBO for years. I have always been happy stays. Until, now!!! I strongly advise not to rent this place. First, before booking the place I asked the owner if he provide beach chairs (no) or are their chairs to rent? He said, yes. NOT TRUE. Secondly, a couple of days before checkin he sends me a welcome email. Explaining the rules etc. at the end he states that we are responsible for being all paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels). Who does not provide toilet paper? There was not cleaning product not even a sponge. You would think that an owner of a place would want to provide their guest with these necessities The day we were checking in I received a phone call from Lisa, the property manager. She said that the people prior to us was given more time to check out and that they ripped the shower curtain and that she will be back the next day to replace it. She also mentioned that they are in the process of replace the wood flooring and that “some” boxes are in the closet There was more than “some” there had to be at least twenty large boxes in the master bedroom and more in other closets. Living room leather furniture was peeling and master bedroom sitting chair was torn up. There was sand in my daughters bed and the place was truly filthy. I reached out to the owner and his answer to me was “if your not happy, you can leave and I will refund the difference. We are 7 people during spring break?!?!

Golf Vacation

Our overall golf visit to myrtle beach was great. The unit is in a great location on the beach extremely close to airport, restaurants and numerous golf courses. We have rented other units in the buliding in the past which have been very nice. This unit was extremely in need of undating especially the very worn carpet (unsightly) and a couple of the bathroom showers needed attention during our stay. Would not recommend this unit until it is rennovated.

A Diamond in the Rough. Needs Update & Cleaning to be "Elegant and Luxurious" again.

The "Host", Will, was very pleasant and got things fixed as soon as he was made aware of them. Unfortunately, that was after we had very stressful times trying to resolve issues with local onsite mgr. Even small stuff was painful: justifying why we needed more than 7 forks, 8 towels, 9 hangers, light bulbs-8 were burned out When we checked-in, 1 of the 4 toilets was taped shut & marked "Out of Order" (another wouldn't flush). The onsite mgr was aware of the out-of-order toilet, but decided not to fix it until after we left and new floors were installed (??). She thought it was "no big deal" since we had 3 other toilets, and a public toilet in the hall. The next day, we contacted Will who had a plumber fix the toilet late that night (plumber also kindly fixed 4 dining room chairs, so wobbly several of the legs were close to breaking). Will apologized for the inconvenience & said he was unaware of toilet issue because he lives in "up-state"(?) and relies on his local onsite manager for day-to-day oversight and to keep him apprised of issues. As other reviewers said, view is great and unit has a lot of potential. Loved the balcony. Kids loved the heated pools, adults enjoyed hot tub. Beds very comfortable But unit really needs to be updated. Fresh paint, new LR furniture at least. Unit was really dusty and dirty. The new floors will be huge addition, plus updated furniture & good cleaning and you're back in "Luxurious & Elegant" territory. Onsite mgt is key too

Great property. Plenty of room for all of us. Even though the weather wasn't as warm as we would have liked the hot tub and indoor poor made it bearable. Kids had lots of fun swimming and playing in the pool. Management and Maintenance were super nice! Easiest check-in and checkout process We've ever experienced. Property could have been a bit cleaner. Needs more tableware for a large family. Also, a broom and some cleaning supplies are needed for guest. I like to keep things relatively clean while on vacation. Overall great stay. Thank you

Great spot for family vacation

This is a true beachfront property with incredible views. Plenty of room for 10-12 people. Having 4 bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the unit was very nice. The cleaning/maintenance contact, Lisa, was always available and extremely helpful at solving any issues that arose. The owner of this unit, Will, was also very friendly and very easy to work with. The only issue we had was with the on-site management company being unfriendly and overbearing, but we addressed it with Will and he quickly took care of the situation. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Location was great! Beach was very nice and not crowded. The maintenance crew for the building kept the pool areas and grounds clean. Everyone had a great time. The only thing that could of been a little better was the cleaning of the unit. Over all we had a great time and would go back again!!
