The resort was nice although there were teenagers below us slamming their room door at all hours of the night and running through the hallways yelling. Wasn’t the most quiet and restful place, but the outdoor pool was nice with the tiki bar open poolside. Room was clean with a nice oceanfront view. Starbucks was also a plus. The parking garage was convenient but be aware that taller vehicles cannot fit above the 4th level. There were often compact cars parked in reserved spaces for bigger vehicles.

No issues. Everything went as expected. There was an issue by the pools, where people were throwing items off the balcony and holding bottles over the edge, but staff (security I believe) worked to address it. Members of our group staying on the other side of the hotel complained of loud college students and fireworks late at night while trying to sleep with younger kids, but we could not hear it where we were.

Outside area of rooms basically located in the parking garage area on first floor. Needs to be improved, everything was rusted and smelled moldy. There were dumpsters also there which was a turn off. The staff was excellent and very very an accommodating when I asked to be moved. The room was clean.
