THE CONDO
Step into `Edgewater Cove,` a bright and welcoming 11th-floor condo designed for relaxation. This spacious, open-concept living area features:

* Large Smart TV over a stone-accented electric fireplace
* Beach-inspired decor with teal, white, and wood tones
* Double Murphy bed for additional sleeping (comfortably fits 4 guests total)
* Sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony with stunning ocean views

The compact yet fully equipped kitchen offers:
* Modern appliances
* Elegant granite countertops
* All essential cookware, dishes, and utensils
* Adjacent dining table for shared meals

The main bedroom is a serene retreat with:
* Luxurious King Bed with a memory foam mattress

A bathroom with a tub-shower combo is also available. For your convenience, an in-resort washer and dryer are provided.

THE RESORT
Guests will enjoy private access to the entire 11th-floor condo. A seamless check-in is provided via a keyless entry keypad, eliminating the need to wait at the front desk. Convenient elevators are available to take you directly to your unit.

* Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided with the rental. These items are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach.
* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
* Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property. It
* Resort waterslides are only for the on-site owners and not for AIRBNB guest.

Note: We provide 2 reusable kitchen towels and do not provide paper towels.

OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), the resorts throughout the region may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.
