When we arrived, the room we reserved was no longer available, but the staff quickly remedy the problem, giving us a new room and comped a second room to accommodate our family and they were genuinely concerned with our comfort and making sure we had all our needs met very nice staff Everything was clean. The front desk agent (Lori) was wonderful and welcoming. Was apologetic that we had to wait for our room- which was not a big deal. The location was easy to find. The property on the outside was incredibly clean. The room was so clean, beds comfortable, great pillows. Great amenities. Loved that pet friendly room was not dark and dingy and close to the door. Loved this property and would stay here again.
