Great hotel!

The room was clean, spacious, everything we could’ve asked for! Only complaint was that we reserved an ocean view and when we walked out on the balcony, there was a huge building facing us with the ocean just over to the side and the street over to the the other side. So, I feel like that was a little misleading. It was more building and street view.

The view was nice and staff was nice. Direct beach access was nice. The hotel is very dated but clean. The thermostat would not remain where I set it so I woke up every hour sweating and had to get up to turn it down. The parking situation is awful and inconvenient

The room was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. It was nice having a washer/dryer combo in the unit but it needs some maintenance. It was noisy and didn’t dry the clothes effectively. The shower was nice and clean but, water pressure was weak and took awhile to get desired temperature, it was either too hot or cold. The oceanfront views were awesome. Fitness facility was nice and clean and machines all worked well. Although we didn’t use the pools, they looked very clean.

Nice hotel. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The room and bed were very nice. I had somewhat of a beach view from the 18th floor and it was lovely. At no fault of the hotel at all there was a biker rally going on which made the streets very noisy.

The room was clean - no problems there. The checkout time was 10 am!! Hardly time to enjoy ourselves at the hotel in the morning. Service was a little less than friendly, and I definitely felt like I was "just a number" to them.
